My dad told me about this site. It has household items you can pick and have it shipped to your house for free. I was wondering if anyone has used this and what you thought of the prices. Thanks!

I went looking around on Alice.com and it seems to me that things are much more expensive than I can get them at a local storefront.

I tried it once. My problem is that they charge sales tax on everything and we are only supposed to have to pay taxes on non-food items. So that adds almost 9% to the bill, right off the top. We live in California, where the taxes are outrageous anyway, so I refuse to pay any more than I have to. And, I found that even though they have coupons automatically applied, they weren't the best. They had a 35cent coupon for Tide, but the newspaper just had a $1.00 coupon for Tide the same day.
So, for the convenience, I might go back if they fix the tax thing.
