New Guidelines Updated October 16, 2009! Please read and sign

This is a fun group! I just love holidays, birthdays, and anything that is worth celebrating!!!! I love taking photos too, I have to admit, I am an addict! I am also a Café Mom Addict!

Just thought I would create a couple rules for our contests. We haven't been getting much activity from most of our members, so we would like to encourage that.

We need feedback- so we want everybody that can to vote on the contests.

• When you apply to a Profile Contest, be sure that your site is set to Public, so we can each view your site before voting. If you prefer your site to be private, we will not be able to see your profile in order to vote. I usually sned an email out when we start the voting, and that is the only crucial time that we need for your profiles to be public for viewing purposes only.
• If you win a contest, you will need to view the announcement in our group to submit your request to our Top Designers. To request your banner or winning siggie, please reply in the Request Post, and be sure to let us know what contest you won. We are currently recruiting for any of you designers out there that can help us. Please email me if you are interested in helping in this way.
• There will be a minimum of 3 entries in order for the contest to be eligible to vote. It is not really fair to everyone else to have only 2 entries in our contest.
  We need positive participation in our group. Please add our group link to your favorites, or subscribe to our posts so you can see what activity is going in the group.
• Please do not vote for yourself in the Contests.
• Please only 1 pic per member to be entered in the photo contests. They must be pics that you took unless the contest specifies otherwise. Also, try not to use the same picture more than once, so we can have a variety of pictures.
• When you join the group- please visit our new Profile Account for Holiday Joys and More at "www.cafemom.com/holidayjoys " and add us as a friend, so you can keep up to date with what is going on in the group as well as new contests. This new group site is only available to our precious members of this group.
• We will be asking you to participate in all voting and contests. This is crucial to success in our group contests. I hate to not give a prize! We need to have at least 20 votes to get a fair win.
• Please reply to this post to let us know that you agree with these guidelines.
