 This is SO easy!!

Halloween Chocolate Chip Cookies

1-box cake mix (original recipe calls for spice cake mix,but I use yellow. It's easier to get kids to eat!)

1-bag chocolate chips (I saved about 1/4 cup for decorating)

1-can pumpkin (Note: I HATE pumpkin. As do my children. You can't taste it. It just turns the cookies orange and gives your sugar filled cookie some nutrtional benefit)

Mix everything together. You can either drop them on a cookie sheet or do as I did. I spread all the dough on a pizza pan and baked 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and then use cookie cutters. I used various ghosts and pumpkins.

Optional decorating:I used one can of vanilla icing. I used a little to ice the ghosts first. I took out about 1/2 cup and colored it green. I did the rest of the can orange(red and yellow food coloring)Put each into decorating bags and iced the cookies. For decorations I used jack o lantern gumballs, fall leaf sprinkles, candy corn, & candy bats.

Just the dry cake mix. All you do is mix that, the pumpkin and chips. You don't need any eggs or any liquid.
