BEST-EVER BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK MUFFINS
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 lb. butter (melted)
1 1/2 c. blueberries (rinsed and drained)
Sift dry ingredients together into large bowl. Make a well;
add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Mix well. fold in
blueberries. Fill well-greased muffin tins 1/2 full and bake
at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 2 dozen.

I made the muffins yesterday morning. Hubs was not happy as he moved my pantry around and I couldn't find my baking powder so he had to get up to find it for me. He wasn't happy. That didn't last long, though.
He thought these were the best muffins he ever had!!!! They were really good!!!
