THIS IS MY FAVORITE!
BROCCOLI SALAD2 heads broccoli1/3 red onion, chopped1 pound well cooked bacon broken into small pieces3/4 raisins1 cup raw sunflower seeds1 cup mayonaise1/8 cup sugar1 TBSP vinegarMix all ingredients and chill.
You can also substitute green onions for red. Use the whole onion, green and white parts. I use 2-3 bunches for this size serving.
