I made this little cake for a co-worker who made the comment that he wanted a cake with a girl popping out of it. So I used a doll pick and stuck it in a 6" double layer cake, using rolled fondant for the banner the girl is wearing. I then decorated it with standard buttercream icing, and sprinkled it with large red and white sugar crystals.
