Rhonda's low carb menu January 1 - 7, 2012

We're starting a carb/sugar detox for the next 3 weeks (after today).  My body needs it.  LOL

Breakfasts:  omelets with ham, cheese, variety of veggies; sausage & veggie frittata, cottage cheese & veggie salads

Lunches:  leftovers; huge chef salads; fish cakes; homemade soup

Sunday (1/1):  ham, cheesy hash browns, green beans, layer salad

Monday: beef & broccoli salad

Tuesday:  meatloaf, carrot salad, green beans

Wednesday:  baked chicken strips, roasted veggies, beet pickles

Thursday:  taco soup (using leftover meatloaf)

Friday:  rosemary chicken, tossed salad

Saturday:  Swiss steak, spaghetti squash
