Hi everyone-Veronica here.

I haven't been in the group for a while.

I am sharing that I saw my doctor yesterday and have vowed to move into better habits:  ones I have been ignoring FAR too much.

One of them is NOT eating too late.  I see the difference in my morning sugars already.

Another is to exercise.  NO EXCUSES-I have DVDS and a membership to the YMCA.  The weather is gorgeous in Texas now!!!

I have made my intentions public.

Please encourage me and make me accountible and I will do the same for you!!!

((Hugs)) Mamas.

Swimming might happen in the afternoon tomorrow.  :)

Thanks for keeping me on my toes!!!!

Yes, it is, and I've had amazing results with it.  I had my doubts when someone else on CM recommended it to me, but I thought, heck, I don't have anything to lose by just trying it.  I used to have uncontrollable blood sugar levels well over 300, even WITH meds and insulin.  My cholesterol levels were also over 300.  In the past 10 months of following the eating plan I have reduced my cholesterol levels to NORMAL with NO meds, including my LDL going from over 100 to 78 at the last check, and I was able to reduce my meds and insulin to basic levels while keeping my blood sugars in a normal range.  I have TONS more energy and feel 25 years younger.  There have been other issues that have disappeared, too.

WOW!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement!!!!!

My downfall is sweets and chocolate.

I have begged my husband not to buy any more, even sugar free, nor goodies for our daughter, either...

What an angel you are!!!

Yeah, sweets are my downfall, too.  We're currently participating in a 21 day sugar detox challenge put on by Balanced Bites and the first day or two was REALLY hard, but since then we haven't craved any sweets.
