See your doctor.  This is a sign of neuropathy.

This could be a symptom of diabetic neuropathy and needs to be checked out.  I think there is medication available to treat this, but I don't know if you can take it during pregnancy.  Is there a wholistic doctor in your area?  I think there are natural remedies for this as well.

I have numbness, sharp jabbing pains, and tingling in my feet. The is sending me for a nerve study. I go at 10 in the morning. He thinks it is neuropathy. I'll tell you how it was tomorrow night... : (

Update: the pain in my hand went away. It gets numb every now and then if I'm holding the baby carrier though. The pain in my foot still is there but slowly getting better. I think this is pregnancy related. The pain in the foot gets worse throughout the day and better with rest.
