Primal Pizza Casserole

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
  • 3/4 Tbsp. basil
  • 3/4 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic (one clove)
  • dash of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese mixture

Cut cauliflower into flowerets; steam until tender.  Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.  Mix next 7 ingredients.  Brown ground beef and add sauce mix; spread on top of cauliflower.  Top with cheese.  Bake at 375┬░ for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.  I've also microwaved it for 8 to 10 minutes on high.
