Hey mommas!! Just a quick update!! Since being diagnosed with type 2 about 2 months ago. I have now lost a total of 18 lbs with diet & exercise. I have completely changed the way I eat & was really surprised to find that the food actually tastes good!! My husband has been by side the entire journey and my Dr is impressed with how well I am doing. I go back for more blood work in November but I think that if I continue to do this well, I will not have to be on insulin. So for you mommas dealing with this saying it's too hard, if I can do it, so can you!! I will support you just let me know how I can gelp you!!
