Does anyone do or know of a curriculum based on unit studies? (Specifically Christian-based) I am interested in learning more... Thanks!

Not sure if this will help but www.rainbowresource.com has just about everything you could possible buy for homeschooling. They do discribe each product but the discription is better in their catalog. So that is what I do. I order the catalog read the discriptions and reviews they have in the catalog and that usually helps me make my decisions. 1 warning though, the catalog is very big and can kind of be overwhelming. And yes they do have christian based unit studies.

Quoting Callalace:A caveat with this however, I tried a series of Unit studies from Rainbow called Soli Deo Gloria and to be blunt, we hate them. They are boring, dry and don't have much for activities. However, when I read the description from Rainbow they sounded GREAT so although I love Rainbow, sometimes what they love isn't going to be what you love.

Like I said before, I love Konos and they really are the king of all unit studies as I think they were one of the first. Also, the Prairie Primer is is Christian based if you like the Little House books. Weaver is also another one I have heard good things about. You may also want to have a look at the lapbooking company Hands of a Child. They sell unit studies too and they have them on just about everything you can think of and if they don't have what you're looking for you can request a custom made unit study and they'll put on together for you based on your own criteria. Cool huh? And then if you like you can lapbook it all with your kids too. We're just getting into it and my kids are loving it.
