a lot of shows do that with kids they kinda just come up in conversation unless they have something to do with the story line. Look at Reba's tv show. They entire family would go out but they never had elizabeth with them. I always joke with DH saying that since they apparently can just leave their kids unattended and alone at home we should be able to do it too.
haha... that always bugged me about Reba's show. it was like.... do they just lock that kid in her room all day and never let her out? you really NEVER saw her except once in a while at the dinner table or osmething... otherwise... they talked about her a lot but that was it.

I love this answer because it's so true. On every soap this happens. Cracks me up. I only watch this and "All My Children." and it's true. Funny. This answer made me laugh.

I've been wondering the same thing lately! Even with last night's show they talked about homeschooling and Gabi was sure trying hard to get out of it but I didn't even show Juanita (if they did it was brief and I can't recall!) I guess Ana just disappeared?? The Scavo kids show up once in a while, a couple weeks ago they showed Penny's back, I doubt it was even the real actor.
I still want to see Kayla back! lol
the older kids are always in school...but ok mj was only 6 he should of been in kindergarden or 1st grade....and celia was super young....it's just funny they disappear and mj was like almost killed last season...amazes me
