need to get back on track

I thought I was doing great with myself on eating right and working out but then took a left turn somewhere and started giving up on it. I am needing to get back on track and try this all again. I am really needing to lose the weight; all together I want to lose 60 lbs but breaking it down to mini goals of 20 lbs till I reach the big goal. I guess I find it hard to stay motivated because I dont really have the support from people on the journey. I will keep you all updated on how I'm doing and all.

You know what was motivating for me...I took a pic of me when I was pregnant with Mia, along with some pregnant lady pics I cut out of a magazine and glued them on to a paper that I then hung from my tredmil so when I was tired from the day and didn't want to work out, eat right, etc. I would look at it and remind myself that I was working on my baby making body which is something I wanted so it was a bit of motivation.

Anyway just an idea that worked for me.
