• Gluten-Free Pantry Favorite White Sandwich Bread mix is the best mix for white bread. Pamela's bread mix is a good replacement for wheat bread. Both mixes can be made in a bread machine, or in your oven.

  And, I've heard Udi's ready-made bread is really good, but may be hard to find except online.

• I second the vote for the Gluten Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread mix, it is the best!!!

  I make the bread for my kids frequently.  I also mix up the dough and make rolls, cinnamon rolls, pizza crust etc.

• I agree about the GF pantry. A similar texture and taste ready made is the Kinikinick brand, I think. You can order it online or sometimes find it in stores.
