With the holidays around the corner, I am guessing that there is a lot of GF baking about to happen with most of you.  I just had to share that I have tried several recipes from Gluten-Free Baking Classics, and everything has been really good.  So good that I couldn't tell it was GF.  Really.  The sandwich bread is great, the muffins are divine, the oatmeal cookies are yummy, and the cakes were a hit at 2 different birthday parties.

Most of the breads use flours that you can find at Whole Foods or Amazon.  The cookies and cakes use super fine rice flour that I had to order from Authentic Foods, but it is very worth it!

If you need some recipes, here is the author's site.  http://foodphilosopher.com/

She has a new book coming out in January.  I sure hope Santa pre-orders if for me  :)  Here is the link for that:  http://astore.amazon.com/signamamas-20/detail/1572841052
