My son was just diagnosed with Doose Syndrome and I was wondering if any of you know anything about it? Thanks so much!!

I'm Jess...mama of 3 +1 (sd)=4 children. Amanda (sd) 8, Amethyst (dd) 5, Isaac (ds) 3 and Elijah (ds) who was born on April 16, 2007. Isaac is the child with special needs: autism and epilepsy. I support NIP and am anti-vax. Check out my page on myspace! http://myspace.com/glitterbug03 |

Ben doesn't have a "label" yet so I am going to be asking his neuro if Doose is a possiblity. The good news seems to be that many children do outgrow Doose and also that the Ketogenic Diet seems to help. |
