Pls I need Advice Seizures 10 Month Old

Hello to all I have three Boys all with Epilepsy DX but My Youngest boy has just  made me HUt a Brick wall I knew the min i seen what was going on what it was but Didn't know why Still Dont and was told we Probably never will after having a EEG it was Conformed that there was a Abnormal Discharge but one thing i haven't Figured out maybe someone here can help me is they face i notice on the days he's having alot of Siezure issues that he has Trouble also with Moveing his Left Leg has anyone else had this issue
