In shock

I'm in shock. The eeg my son had done on Monday is normal... He even spaced out during the test so long the tech asked if he was okay (in which he didn't respond). Apparently it's normal to suddenly stop what you are doing (like walking or talking) and "check out". If he didn't have an event there I would think false negative but I guess its accurate. I'm happy he's ok but how am I supposed to explain his behavior to teachers?

It took a year and a half to catch my son's seizures on an EEG. If you are really worried, push for a 48 hour test
