Labor day weekend is coming up, and I hate it. I wish we could just skip that weekend all together. Why? Because I let my 17 year old brother spend that weekend at our house last year, and he abused my son that weekend. I took him home early because he was getting on my nerves and wasn't being very nice to the kids, and Monday morning my son came to me when he thought it was safe to tell me.
I don't know if it had occured before but I will always remember the abuse as being associated with this weekend :(
