How long can you leave navel jewelry in?

 Hello :)

I have both my upper and lower side of my navel pierced.  I'm 16.5 weeks along and showing slightly with my first.

Just curious what others have experienced/been recommened.

My really good friend has her naval pierced and is currently 30 weeks pregnant. She is wearing a flexible maternity belly ring and says it works great! She suggests googling maternity belly ring and finding one you like... they're apparently hard to find in stores.

You can wear your ring as long as you're comforatable. I wore mine til about 8 weeks before I had my son... And if I would have known I wasn't going to gain any more weight I would have kept it in... But I thought I was gonna get a LOT fatter lol ... It's all about how it feels to you thought.
