Well I am in the same boat and have been searching for other mom friends as well, but like with you I never get any responses to my posts no matter how much I explain how I relocated here two years ago and would like to find a good friend that I could talk to and do things with.  I'd say there is not much activity here so you can write me.  As you see I would be glad to make a new friend and leave all of this group stuff right here.  I have tried other sites as well and I have had no luck there either.  I live in Garden City and have 3 kids.

I'm here, just forget about this site a LOT.  I didn't think about it until I got a daily digest email.  I am MORE than willing to make new friends.  Would be great actually to talk to someone other than the kids and husband (although I don't mind talking to him most of the time).
