• My daughter (14) and I do especially if they are "fun runs" and for a good cause. We have always done the "Race for the Cure" and other events like that. She runs and I usually walk. We just did one last week for her school. She is on Student Council and they were sponsoring it. If you have cool people to do it with it is a lot of fun! She and her friends enjoy them.

• Yes, both of them do.  My daughter is in cross country and my son just does them for the good causes when he can and to keep in shape for his other sports.  My daughter just ran her 100th 5k a couple weeks ago.
