Welcome to Moms with Anxiety & Depression. This is a group for us that suffer with Anxiety/Panic Attacks and Depression that interfers with our daily lives. Not generalized stress and anxiety from normal life. It is for those of us who can't always cope with daily life. We will discuss ways to make our lives and the lives of our loved ones better whether it be through medications, behavioral changes, or a combination of both. This is a group to support one another through these tough times. This is a problem that can be fixed and no one should suffer alone so that is what this group is about.
