Hi there!  Do you have the IE book?  That's the best place to start, IMHO.

I have been practicing IE for about 5 years, but I recently ignored what I knew to be true and joined Weight Watchers in a desperate attempt to lose the baby weight.  I dieted for 4 weeks and lost 8 lbs. I also become OBSESSED with food and "points" and the scale.  I told myself that I would do WW until I got to my goal weight and then I would get back to IE. It doesn't work that way.  As of yesterday, I decided to quit diet and get reaquainted with IE.  I can't begin to tell you the freedom I feel already.

I plan to start re-reading the book in my spare time (which isn't a lot with a 4 month old and a full time job!) to refresh.  It really helps me to stay connected with my body.

Anyhow, I wish you the best of luck! Please let me know if I can help in any way.
