What type of exercise does your intuition tell you your body needs?
For me it is hiking in the woods, yoga and Pilate's, dancing to my favorite music, light weight training to tone and build some muscle, and a little bit of walking on the treadmill.
How about you?

I love to walk outside with my kids, enjoying the fresh air and trees. I also love the body sculpting class at the gym. The music is loud and it just energizes me!

I love bellydance, yoga, stretching in front of my favorite TV shows, walking around the mall, hiking and dance in general. I decided that if I won the lottery, private bellydance lessons, indoor rock climbing, horseback riding and skiing lessons would be a part of the equation...but until that happens, the cheap activities will keep me occupied. Oh, and I'll be taking swimming lessons with my baby and baby yoga later on in the month :)

I also like to walk. A park nearby has a walking trail that's paved. It's real nice and is among trees by a river. I took my dd today and pulled her in a wagon. I also like bellydancing. There's a show on FitTV called Shimmy, that I've done a few times. It's alot of fun. I also cannot afford private lessons so make do with that. When spring gets here, I also plan on planting a garden.

I was a tennis player in college but somehow i don't lately intuitively wish to play tennis (not on my own at least). I would play against the wall a lot when i was in college. I feel like doing that occasionally. I like to hike. Stretching is great, running feels really good (but can be hard on the knees). Last week i bought a badminton set and have been teaching Noe. He loves it! I think we have started a very nice hobby together.
