About Loose 10 pounds in 3DAYS!
DAY 1
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of dry toast, 2TBSP peanut butter.
Lunch: 1/2 Cup dry tuna (in water),1slice of dry toast.
Dinner: 2 slices (3oz) any type of meat, 1 cup green beans, 1cup red beets, 1small apple, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.
DAY2
Beakfast: 1 hard boiled... MORE
