question...need answers!!!

hi,everybody my name is patricia...and have a question for y'all..last period was april 14.well me & my boyfriend thought we were expecting our 3rd.had all pregnancies signs throwing up,light headed ect. took preg test over a week ago came out neg...Sunday night was having really bad cramps & bad pain on left side.Monday went to restroom wiped myself and there was light blood.like if I was just ending my period.but around 3 am went to rr and my pad was full of blood.now again its very light like if I was ending,still been getting cramps.do you think this is my period? I would think I would be preg bc everytime me & my boyfriend don't use protection I end up pg.and we haven't used any in over a month
