I may be the only one, but my first baby was emergency section. I'm due in November and looking forward to another section. Anyone else have no desire to consider a VBAC?

I go back and forth myself, but if it was 100% my choice I wouldn't have one.

It's perfectly fine to choose a c-section over a VBAC if you have all the facts and that is your choice.

I would do a c section all day long.

We plan on TTC next year.I've done alot of research because i'm in baby fever mode. I just got my mirena taken out a month ago. I've thought about VBACs but I'm more set on having another csection.

I think it's natural to have a fear of the unknown. You know what to expect from a c-section.

I'm having my second c-section Oct 28th. personally and I mean personally, I would never want to deliver natually it creeps me out and I don't want a streached out vagina (not that every woman gets one) no harm meant it's just how i feel. I helped my cat give birth and that was enough for me lol

I have zero desire for a VBAC! The reason is because I was in labor for 25 hr before my emergency csection but I had no pain meds until the epi that I was given for my csection. The hospital I gave birth to my DS at didn't give epis unless you had to have a csection.  So I am right there with you and no one will ever convince me to go through labor again! Period!

I don't have any interest in a VBAC either. I'm surprised my doctor even gave me the option. She said, "so you want another c-section?" I was like, "I have the option??" Some doctors don't let you choose. So far my c-section will be the last week of January. I'm hoping for the 26th but I don't know if she does schedule surgeries that day so it may be the 27th.
