1 c-section... 2 weeks to heal completely washed around the area everyday to keep it clean, lots of walking, for the first week or so I also bought cheap stay free pads to keep my incision covered for half the day n the other half I let the air hit it.

I've had one. It prettymuch took about the 6-8 weeks for me to feel even halfway  normal. I had complications and was hospitalized the last week of my pregnancy plus I was going back to the hospital to spend 6-8 hour days with my DD in the NICU, so I don't know if that added stress hurt my recovery.

I've only had one c section. I was out of bed the day after I had DD and then fully recovered about two weeks after my c section. Had to get better soon cuz DD was in NICU in a different hospital than what I gave birth to her and I am home with her every day.

i had 2 but in the uk there very good about giving you a good supply of pain killers and telling you when to take them . tbh i was ill when pregnant both time once baby was out i felt great and had to be told of for walking about the next day after my section to much it was the 1st time in months i had not felt sick or weak or like i was dieing lol . i was not a good patient  i was out shopping 3 days after my section lol and was just doing to much but i was a bit sore at night cause i did to much during the day .

i did fine the 2nd section a bit sorer but i still was up and about fast i even had other women on the more saying " how can you jump up on the bed like the i gave normal birth and i cant do that you just had surgery and you look great "  think it had a lot to do with feel 100% better than i was  for the last 9 months lol
