you dont' have to have another if you didn't want to, there is always the vbac option.  Dh and I both decided that we will have another c-section and once we get closer we will start to plan it(we are due June 22nd).

You should talk to your dr about the options they provide, most drs offices will do vbac

It depends if your hospital allows vbacs. I had a c section with my daughter and im planning a vbac with this baby.

It does not matter if your hospital allows it or not. If you want to have a vaginal birth, go for it!
You will need to find a supportive care provider. Don't be afraid to interview a few different OB's and Midwives.

Good Luck !

It kind of does matter. For some, insurance may be an issue, as does time and distance restrictions for prenatal care.
I have to go to a hospital father away when we have a second child to have a vbac. The closer one at 45 minutes away does not allow planned vbacs according to state law restrictions. There are no registered birthing centers near me, and I do not feel comfortable doing a home birth. It just depends upon the mom.
A vbac is not guaranteed, based on your health, the baby's hea;th and the risk of uterine rupture. If you maintain your health while pregnant, and want a vbac, finding a support system, and people you trust is key. If you want a repeat c-section, again finding a support system and people you trust is important.
Congratulations on #2!

I am pregnant with my 2nd child...my doc told me it all depends on why you had the c-section and which way the incision was made on if you can try a VBAC or repeat c-section. I chose a repeat c-section, my first gave me horrible hemmoroids that still occur and currently dealing with them now :(  i dont want them any worse...im tired of using products on my rear end...
