I had my dd 8 months ago and I am still having incision pain. Also if I lay on my stomach for to long its hard to move without pain. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't but I know many women that have. Consider doing some abominal masage, you can you tube it. (Mayan abdominal massage too)
It's likely the pain and sorenss is related directly to the scar tissue.
