Hi New here going through divorce any one from Long Island here?

Hi,

I am Linda. I think the end is nearing. We start trial in Sept. This has been a very long and cruel ride for me. My ex's attempt to alienate my children from me has worked to his favor. The courts have been of no help and I feel so lost. As the trial is nearing I am having major anxiety and a huge fear of losing my children after being a stay at home mom for over 20 years. I have not been able to find much support so I am very glad to have found this group.

 You will be fine.  Your not going to lose anything.  You will gain so much.   We are all right here for you.  So do not panic.  Divorce is kinda ugly no matter where you are from.  Let me know if you need to talk.  I have a conference line at my disposable and can ralley a few girls.

not that i have been through a divorce on LI but i grew up there!! 

i am fairly new to the group as well... and the end is near for me.... but we have not started anything.... we are in japan right now (military) and learning about our daughters special needs....
