Our fireworks were postponed to Sunday because we've had so much rain.  Sunday should be the better day out of this weekend and then we still have another wet week ahead of us.  It's crazy!  I think I should drive out to your place to celebrate......do you mind if I crash your party?!

Well I had a great weekend.. started getting company saturday morning.. and ended up with a pretty big crowd and lots of kids at the house so we headed into town as a big group, spent time in town, they had quite a bit going on, especially for the kids, but the best is an old fashioned ice cream social. We all kicked back on picnic tables and ate really good icecream cones and watched the parade. I really love my town on the 4th of july! can you tell? lol

The fireworks were amazing as usual and everyone had such a good time.. we all were drinking so it got pretty silly there towards the end.. I loved it though, I laughed so hard and so often, I think the smile was stuck on my face the next morning.  The party at my house after the fireworks was really fun.. stayed up too late but it was worth it. Threw a big pancake feed the next morning and sent them all off with a smile and then went in the house and napped. lmao! I can't wait til next year,, it gets bigger and better every year.
