We were going to wait to see the DR before we put Keira on the “Diet” but we are going to start today!
Can someone, quickly, off the top of their heads, tell me some “Normal” treats that don’t include dairy or gluten? Something like “Smarties” - anything? Is there a website that gives a list?
Hi I hope this helps Smarties are gluten free any cereal made with rice is GF. My son is 5 and has an allergy to wheat so he is on the "Diet" also. They have a cereal bar made out of pebbles cereal that is GF. I hate to say it but pretty much the rest of the stuff you have to make by hand.

Double-check everything on the list, as it may be outdated now, but it's a good start.
Don't go for any or all rice cereals! Rice Krispies is just now introducing a gf version, even though it seems like it should have been all along. Lots of rice and corn cereals have malt, which has gluten.
