Hi our canadian thanksgiving is coming up and i wanted to make stuffing to go with our turkey but wanted to know if anyone has a recipe they recommend and which bread worked best?? also woulkd you leave bread out than break apart following day or toast?? thanks!

I make gluten free corn bread or hushpuppies, then I brown sage sausage. Mix the two and awesome stuffing!
I make cornbread stuffing as well...My boys just love it so much and its sweet....I saute onions and celery with some butter in a pan...I bake four packs of cornbread in oven until done, I then use gluten free can of chicken broth....I pour the entire contents of broth on top of cornbread stir until all mixed and then if needed I usually use another can of broth as well...(I don't like my stuffing to dry) and then just combine the onions and celery and there ya have it....Its simply amazing!!!! I hope this works for you, as this is what I've used for the past 10 years and all my family always request me to bring the stuffing....So its a sure homerun!!!!
Enjoy and God Bless!!!
