 3 Cups cooked chicken, diced
1 Cup cooked wild rice (cooked in 2 cups GF chicken broth)
1 lb jimmy dean pork sausage
1 can water chestnuts
2/3 cup milk
sliced almonds or pecans
2 cans mushrooms, drained (I omit)
1 cup chopped onion
2 cans GF cream of mushroom soup ( I use 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery because I'm allergic to mushrooms) I use Pacific GF soups
1/8 tsp each oregano, thyme, marjoram

Brown onion & sausage.  Cook rice in chicken broth.  Cook chicken (I used a little olive oil).  Mix all ingredients except nuts and bake 375 for 45 min. Add nuts to top last 15 min.

Ok, so when I made it, I left out the chestnuts and mushrooms and used a can of cream of chicken and can of cream of celery (gluten free) so then I only used about 1/3 cup milk cuz the GF stuff is more watery.

2 Cups milk
1 Cup Quinoa
3 - 4 T brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 C blueberries

Bring milk to boil, add quinoa and return to boil...then simmer about 20 min.  Add sugar and cinnamon and cook another 10 min.  Add blueberries.  (I'm sure any fruit would work).

It's EXCELLENT!

For pizza crust, I have no recipe. But I will say we use the bobs red mill pizza crest so easy and not bad at all.

This is what we use for our pizza crust.  It's like a biscuit texture, and I miss my yeasty bread pizza crusts, but this is the best flavor we've found so far:  http://paleoperiodical.com/2011/07/18/recipe-classico-almond-flour-crust-pizza/
