GF weekly meal plan for May 27 - June 2

May 27 – June 2, 2012


Sunday:

breakfast – sausage/cheddar/spinach frittata, oranges

lunch – tuna or salmon patties, veggie sticks

dinner – crock pot beef roast, potatoes, carrots


Monday:

breakfast - cottage cheese veggie salad/hard boiled eggs

lunch - chef salad, beef veggie soup

dinner - grilled hot smoked sausage, potato salad, broccoli salad, pineapple cream cheese salad


Tuesday:

breakfast - chunky monkey almond flour muffins, oranges, hard boiled eggs

lunch - beef sticks/leftovers from Monday night

dinner – sloppy joe stuffed peppers, pea salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – chocolate grain-free granola, veggie juice

lunch – chef salad

dinner – parmesan chicken, tomato & veggies salad with Italian dressing, birthday cake and ice cream (3rd DS is turning 15!)


Thursday:

breakfast – dairy-free coconut berry smoothies, hard boiled eggs

lunch – tuna lettuce wraps

dinner – crockpot steak & gravy, mashed potatoes, tossed salad


Friday:

breakfast – ham & egg cups, oranges

lunch – chicken salad on grain-free sesame onion crackers, veggies & dip

dinner - pizza burgers, Italian veggie salad, green beans


Saturday:

breakfast – omelets, hash browns, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers/clean out the fridge

dinner - taco salad
