Wedding Planning Tips & Ideas
We plan on having a small wedding. Max 40 people.... So im wondering what the cost of a wedding planner would be? Or is 40 people to small of a wedding.. We are trying to go cheap, but OMG I know having a planner would make things go twice as fast and probley alot cheaper (if the planner themselfs is not expensive).....
Edit: I live 45min from Houston, Tx. In baytown if that makes any diffrence :)

by ladeveyah on Aug. 31, 2008 at 1:10 PMThere are planners, like myself, who will handle any event regardless of size or budget. One thing to take into consideration is that a good wedding planner can often help save you money by negotiating vendor contracts so his/her fee can easily be recouped by her being able to save you money in other places. Every planner charges differently and it usually depends on the amount of help you need. If you really want to save money but think you need the help, try looking around college campuses in your area for people who are just breaking into the business (they are usually PR majors) or ask around at your church, there's always someone who's good at planning events at churches. These people might not charge you at all or might charge a greatly reduced fee. |
