I've never invested int he stock market but am curious. i have read a couple posts. I am curious about how do you know which stock to buy?
I would recommend buying a few books before you begin. You can also learn a lot by watching any of the main financial channels and finding more about companies online.
A surgeon doesn't just go in an start cutting without going to school first, right? It's not as easy as it seems and I'm just saying make sure you do your homework before jumping in the market.
I am not an expert but I have been in the market for a year....what I do is look at the 52 week low and buy as close to that as I can and look at the 52 week hi and then the charts to look at the trends. I usually watch a stock for a week or so before i buy b/c i want to see how fast they move....if my 2yr old is faster than the stock I toss it.
also on a second note im not big at taking risks I play the penny stocks I look for stocks under 10 dollars a share.
Another idea is to trade on paper only. Don't actually buy/sell anything, just practice without actually trading anything. I wish this group was more active ![]()
