Trying to decide on product to sell

As most of you know I manage a farmer's market. I used to sew and started selling my sewing at the market. I no longer have time to produce the quality of work I want so i'm looking at bringing another product to the market.

There is a company called Gourmet Cupboard that sells homemade mixes from dinner to dessert, to sugar free products like pies etc. and beverages. I was thinking of bringing this to the market.
Do you think it will be a good fit?

Do you have any ideas for other products I should bring to the market?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
What do you look for, besides veggies, when you go to the market?

Have you given the Gourmet Cupboard a "trial run" yet?  For my area, things that sell well and asked for daily are:
any fresh baked good
farm fresh honey
homemade jams & jellies
handmade soaps & lotions
handmade candles
hand-thrown pottery
hand-carved wooden items
handmade jewelry
Hope this gives you a few ideas!  Good luck!

I brought some Gourmet Cupboard mixes to the market - and there was interest in them. I think I might give them a go - I have to find out the shelf life first!

I'm not acquainted with the company you mention, but I would think the general concept would make a good fit -- fresh produce and easy mixes to make fresh homemade foods -- sounds good!  I have a couple different produce markets that are favorites -- they have wonderful produce but also offer dip mixes for fruits and veggies, soup mixes and gourmet baked goods along with country style dishes, unique cookware, and cookbooks.  Last fall, I also went to a neat farm market that also offered craft booths -- homemade jellies, candles, quilted items, handmade jewelry and kitchen linens.

Personally I love those types of items, I love to pick them up as gift giving items they are perfect for gift baskets which i give to family alot and I would love to see something like that at market.

I'm going to go with The Gourmet Cupboard. (dry mixes for soups, desserts, beverages, meal kits and more)

Only 8 or so people in Canada doing it, FREE to join and product is handmade (not by me but still hand made) I am getting a good responce from it so

I am going to to ahead and order some stock. Shelf life is long (wich is good for me) and the products are reasonably priced. If anyone else is looking let me know and I can tell you more.

Thanks for your help - our market opens full time May 24 I'll let you know how I do!
