Hey everyone!
If you've got the winter blah's, try this.....
1. Take some time for YOU. Get a massage, facial, or some kind of pampering for yourself.
2. Get together with a friend and have a 'gab session'. It's always nice to unload everything on a good friend who you know will listen and not judge.
3. Do something fun with the family...get the kids out of the house for some recreation. If $$ is tight, take them to playland at McDonalds or to a mall with a play area. Let them run around and get some of that energy out.
4. Last, but not least, READ! I love reading and feeding positive things into my mind. If you don't like to read, get a good audio and feed your brain with good stuff that way:)

AND exercise as much as you can.
Get outside , take vitamins, go on a vacation, (even if it's overnight)
plus buy a happy light if necessary.
The Winter blues are real..I get them but it can be helped
