I just had my taxes done over the weekend, today I found out that my ex actually used my youngest daughter's social security number to claim benefits he shouldn't have gotten, she has been living with me since we have been apart.  Is there something that I can do?

My ex did the same thing claiming both our boys when he didn't pay the majority of the year and they lived with me. The IRD is auditing both of us and said if I can prove he didn't support them at least 6 months of the year and that they lived with me then he'll likely have to pay back what he got. So notify the IRS asap! Good luck

Did you claim her also?  Either way get him audited.  Just call  the IRS.

He actually doesn't pay any child support, nothing for that matter.

MY EX-H DOES THIS FOR THE PAST TWO TAXES. CALL THE IRS AND HAVE HIM AUDITED! THERE IS A NUMBER YOU CALL, FILL OUT THE FORM AND THEY WILL GET HIM. MY EX JUST GOES OFF PAST JOINT RETURNS! THEY CAN ALSO GET HIS TAX MAN!
