makes about 45 1-inch balls

Start w/

2 C finely sifted graham crackers

Add:
2 tbsp cocoa
1 C sifted powder sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 C finely chopped walnuts

Combine to mix:
11/2 tbsp light karo syrup
1/4 C or more...lol...rum

Add liquid ingredients slowly to crumb mixture.  Use your hands to feel when consistency is right.  When ingredients "hold" together...stop adding liquid.  Roll into 1-inch balls.

Finally:  Roll balls in powder sugar...enjoy!

I usually put them in a Christmas tin...warning...they get "stronger" (better) over time....yummm...lol!
