These are so good! This year I am putting almonds in the center of some to make them like an Almond Joy. These do not last long at all around here. I have to get them in goodie baskets right away before hubby eats them all! :)
Chocolate Coconut Bon-Bons:
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. coconut
1 can Eagle Brand
3 oz. paraffin
2 1/2 bars German Sweet Chocolate
Melt margarine and mix with coconut, powdered sugar and Eagle Brand until completely mixed. Roll into small balls the size of walnuts. Place on greased cookie sheet and chill for 2 hours. Melt paraffin and chocolate in double boiler. Dip chilled candy balls in chocolate and let sit on wax paper until set. Store in container in cool, dry place or serve immediately.
