I found this recipe for Chunky Salsa Cheesecake which sounds phenomenal and I can't wait to try. It says I need a 9 - inch springform pan. What in the world is a springform pan??? I'm absolutely clueless. Can anyone help?

Well shoot! I gotta buy a new pan just to make this stuff and now I'm craving it! LOL! Thanks for letting me know what that was! I appreciate it!
can you pass on the recipe for the chunky salsa cheesecake please? it sounds like something that my husband would love!!!
you can make all sorts of cheesecakes with your new springform! :) my aunt used to make us all a homemade cheesecake for christmas...she'd make 25 to 30 every year and give us each one! and they were beautiful....she'd cover them in white chocolate and drizzle dark chocolate over the top and then put red and green candied cherries around the edge and in the center. just an idea for you...not the 30 cheesecakes, but the decorating! :) lol!
