SO here I am...all ready to bake my cookies and holiday goodies and my oven, yes the brand new oven I just bought 3 weeks ago is broken! I am so frustrated. They tell me it can't be fixed until Wednesday as they have to order the part and the technician will install it then but WTF....come on...its the week before Xmas!!!!!!!!
