**HELP!!** Can't breathe out of my nose

Sudafed has been working ok for me. Just make sure you get the regular plain old sudafed. I have to go to the pharmacy and ask for it because it is no longer kept on the shelf.

You can try Tylonol sinus stuff.

You can also use Afrin or any of the typical nose sprays.  Try saline first though.

Benadryl, Tylenol Cold or Tylenol Sinus, Ocean Nose Spray  hope you feel better soon.  You can also "snort" some warm salt water!  Usually helps me!

vicks vapa-rub seems to work for me but i donno if we're ment to use it i just prefer it cause its mot injuested

It's completely natural and you can find it at any pharmacy or health food store.
