I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if I can still go into the Haunted Houses.  What do you think?

uh yeah.. for me that would be a big fat no.. all i need is for someone to sneak up and scare the crap out of me.. I would get contractions so bad it wouldn't be funny..

my husband can't even tickle me and he held a glass of ice water to my leg yesterday w/o me knowing first and it doubled me over with contractions... not good

of course you're only 11 weeks--so you're not going to have contractions like that probably.. but i don't know..

I always get the sh*t scared outta me! I want to go this year, but I think it'll be too much for the baby to handle (17 weeks). Just my advice, I wouldn't go. It's a lot for your body to go through when you get scared - the blood flow, high heart rate... It's just not something I'd want to put my little one through.

AHHHH! :) I was so thinking the same thing, except I'm going on 37weeks. I don't think it would be a problem unless you are a high risk pregnancy. I went to the haunted ship wreck at the Queen Mary which has like 11haunted mazes when I was 8months preggo w/my 2yr old he was just fine,I was  fine, but I do have to admit that w/one of the mazes which had evil clowns (I hate clowns) I got so scared& screamed my ass off soooo much, that I,well pied my pants, thank the lord i was wearing a pad LOL!!!!!

I don't know why everyone is telling you not to. There is nothing wrong with going to a haunted house. They aren't going to trip you and make you fall on your stomach or grab you and stab you to death. And being scared is not going to cause youo to miscarry or start having contractions. Everyone needs to take a huge chill pill. You aren't broken or damaged! You are just pregnant! Millions of women are pregnant every day. Im 37 weeks and I will be at one this weekend! don't let people freak youo out about silly things like this. Enjoy! It's a great time of year!
