Welcome everyone! There are a few rules here that I would ask you to follow.

1. We are here to be a support, so please don't personally attack anyone! I am all for a lively debate on an issue, however if there is a debate like that here, we need to make sure we don't attack others while we are sharing our opinions. The goal in this group is to be a support, so if these personal attacks happen, the subject will be locked, or posts removed, and those involved may be banned from the group depending on the severity. Personal attacks will include name calling of a specific group or person, calling a group or person down, or calling a group or person ignorant for their view point.

2. Please watch your language... this group is not marked for over 18, so please make sure you are not using excessive curse words.

3. No nudity is allowed to be posted on CafeMom.com or here in this Group. Belly pictures are ok, however to post belly pics on the Pregnancy Group you must either have a top and bottom on (that you can see) or you must crop the picture to only show your belly, other wise the photo will be removed.

4. Please don't sell anything or promote other web sites (including personal blogs or other sites chatrooms) here... I know that some of you may have a great product or a great deal on something you are selling... but please don't sell it here. It could get to the point that it is just out of control, so I have to draw the line at no selling. We do allow links in the signatures, but if it looks like you are posting just to sell things, you may be asked to remove your signature.

5. Please do not post about the groups that you have here. You are more then welcome to have them in your signature, and also to post about them on the the Other Groups Links post.

6. Please do not post personal e-mail addresses or screen names for any instant messenger. This is the Internet, anyone can get a hold of them. This rule is for your protection.

7. Do not complain about other groups, members, or report inappropriate activity on this group. If something needs to be reported use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page to contact the CafeMom Team about the issue or contact the group owner. If you have questions about the removal of a post or reply, or about a post that has been locked, please contact the Group Owner and do not post about it on the Group.

8. Please also do not argue in the Group. You may debate, but do not provoke arguments, or argue with each other or your post may be removed.

9. Please do not start abortion posts for the purpose of stating your pro-life or pro-choice stance on the issue. Abortion is a topic that can be discussed here, but starting a post on the topic just to voice your opinion on it is not allowed due to the fact that most women in this group are expecting and it can be upsetting. This isn't a forum to push views on this topic.

10. Posts that are too graphic in sexual nature, or just too graphic in general will be removed.
